2000 K'nex Competition

(held at the Museum of Science and Technology)


Syracuse middle school students aided by SU ASCE students built vehicles using K'nex pieces. One such vehicle was being tested. The winning vehicle needs to travel the longest distance after it has been released from a ramp.


Syracuse high school students aided by SU ASCE students built transport devices using K'nex pieces that could move an egg between two tables separated by a distance of 2 feet. One such device was being tested. The winning device needs to complete the task with the least number of K'nex pieces.
