Student membership is open to all engineering, math, physical, applied and computer science majors. All others are invited to become
affiliate members. Graduate students have the option to join NSBE either as a student or an Alumni
(technical professional) member. If you choose not to be affiliated with a chapter on your campus,
you will be considered a "Member At-Large," classified by your geographical region. Members "At-Large" receive

Annual collegiate student membership dues are $10. National dues are paid online.
Student membership expires on July 31st of each year, as it follows the NSBE fiscal cycle. After this date, student members must renew their membership status. Membership forms received after April 30th of any year will be processed for the following membership year, which begins August 1st.
Upon graduation, student members are strongly encouraged to continue their participation with NSBE and join the Alumni Extension of Technical Professionals. The membership dues are free to students who join within one year of graduation (a $50 value)!
