Lab Assignment #7 - ADO

Requirements:

1. Complete your design concept by creating a table that lists the numbers of all the functional requirements for the project you have chosen, as its first column. In the second column, for each requirement, list the pages that fullfill that requirement. Note that a page may appear in more than one row, e.g., get mapped to more than one requirement. In the third column, list all the database tables affected by that requirement. In a fourth column, list all of the xml files that will be affected by that requirement.
2. Complete your able, by adding any new pages, db tables, and xml files, needed to satisfy all the functional requirements of the project statement.
