Professor Driscoll earned his B.S. degree from the University of Maine. He then went on and received both his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Cornell University. Dr. Driscoll joined the faculty at Syracuse University in 1979. Dr. Driscoll serves as a consultant to numerous groups, including the NYS Office of the Attorney General, DuPont Inc., and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
