This problem deals with secure access control as it relates to cryptographic protocols, secure channels, credentials, certification authorities, trust, roles, and organizations.

Prerequisites and Incoming Skills and Abilities

For the Advanced Course in Engineering in Cyber Security a reading knowledge of discrete mathematics and predicate calculus is very helpful.  The following are skills and abilities required for those wanting to be able to perform rigorous analysis and design:
