CESE Student Opportunities

Funding opportunities exist for graduate students at CESE in the form of academic year teaching assistantships, full year research assistantships, and unique full year CESE fellowships. Every applicant to the Civil and Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering and Materials Science department is considered for these assistantships and fellowships. In addition, Syracuse University awards university fellowships to doctoral students who have demonstrated particular excellence in their academic studies. Contact individual faculty for more information about graduate student funding, and submit an application to the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department or the Chemical Engineering and Materials Science Department.
